Booking Process

Submission of a booking inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only after we contact you, discuss details, and you complete our formal booking process including payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are communicated during the booking process and vary by expedition. Generally:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before expedition start date receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee
• Cancellations within 30 days of expedition start date are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel expeditions due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment, in which case full refunds are provided

Assumption of Risk

Wilderness expeditions involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Physical exertion and potential injury
• Exposure to weather and natural elements
• Wildlife encounters
• Remote locations with limited access to medical care
• Equipment failure or loss

By participating in our expeditions, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your participation.

Health Requirements

Participants must:

• Be in sufficient physical condition for the selected expedition
• Disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect participation
• Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
• Understand that we reserve the right to remove participants who endanger themselves or others
